Class Descriptions
All classes 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.
*Metablast 30
Condense your workout to 30minutes. This workout uses a series of intense bursts (using the tabata principle) and fullbody strength moves to burn calories and tone your body in all of the right places. You can go hard or you can go home!
* Triple Threat
No time to rest in this class. Move through three different fitness classes all in one. Instructor’s choice.
* ZUMBA
You will shake your booty to fit with Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Bachata, Hip-Hop and more. Whittle your waist and pump up the cardio with this high energy latin dance based fitness class. Be careful, this class may just be too much fun to be a workout!!!!!
* Cardio Kickbox
Punch and kick your way to fit and firm. Some instructors may have you kicking and punching bags for more intensity.
* Cardio Mix
This class may include any type of cardio you can imagine. Get your heart pumping and burn fat and calories. May include hi/lo, step, cardio kickbox, resistance balls, etc.
* GI Jane
Very similar to Peak Performance but with a down and dirty boot camp style.
* Peak Performance
A sports-oriented total body workout, this class will utilize a unique blend of techniques to take your body to its peak. You will work hard in this class.
* Pumped
Get ripped using light to moderate weights and high repetitions. You won't get many opportunities to put those weights down with this full body pump. Beware!!! You will get those ever illusive cuts you're searching for if you come to this class.
* Sculpt & Strength
Build the muscle you need to maintain a healthy body. You will use a variety of equipment, including your own body weight to strengthen and sculpt your body.
* Skinny Jeans
Ballet meets pilates, yoga and core training. You will lengthen and tone your whole body to help you get back into those “skinny jeans.” Great for improving posture and symmetry.
* Step
High intensity step with lots of fun choreography.
* Step & Sculpt
Step aerobics will increase your cardiovascular endurance and will tone the lower body, and will be followed by focus on muscular strength and endurance to tone the upper body. The choreography in this class is easy to follow making it easy to get that heartrate kickin'. 90 minutes.
* Yoga
Pose your way to a toned physique and a sound mind.
* Cycle
You never know where the instructors may take you on your ride, but we can guarantee that you will get a fantastic cardiovascular workout while toning those legs and glutes.
* Cycle Boot Camp
Cycle you will but wait....there's more! This class will get you off the bike for boot camp style calestenics, weight work and more. If you're in a rut, this class will wake up those sleeping muscles.
* Pump and Ride
Not quite as intense as cycle boot camp but still a great workout. You will ride for approximately 30min., then exit the bike for 30min. of strength training.
*Pumped Suspended
Cirque d' Soleil meets strength training....Not quite, but this class uses the same concepts...your body weight and gravity....to build strength in a three dimensional way. This is the most functional form of training you will ever do. Used widely by the military in the field and by more and more pro athletes, suspension training will make your muscles work in ways they never have before. Don't be afraid to try this one....it is appropriate for all fitness levels.
*Suspended Intervals
Mix the strength training concept in Pumped Suspended with Interval training and you get a calorie busting workout that will challenge even the fittest of athletes.
*Medball Madness
Grab a 4-10lb medicine ball and get ready for a serious calorie burning session. You will work your way through a combination of strength moves and heart pumping plyometrics. Grab a partner to create more interesting options for your core training.
